When we first started we would stand around the fax machine waiting for an order to come in. For a long time we were thrilled to receive even one order a day. With a couple of calls and a couple of emails per day it was easy to stay on top of requests, reply to emails and answer the phone in a timely manner.

Things have changed now, we routinely receive hundreds of emails and phone calls per day. Just organizing the emails and trying to coordinate answers and responding quickly turned into a full time job for 2 employees. We realized that there had to be a better way - and we found it.

Even though we have a very large selection of greenhouse kits it doesn't take terribly long until most of the questions start to sound pretty darn familiar. It seemed that if we found a way to make those answers easier to find it would help our customers by giving them an immediate answer to their question - and free up our staff to research those hard to find answers, process orders and provide better online tracking.
