Hi....just wanted to let you know we finally got our greenhouse together and it is beautiful! Now first of all, we tried to put it together without all of the instructions, so we were doomed, but once we realized the original instructions were not in the kit, you were so helpful in getting them to us quickly.
Fortunately, you were there to advise me where to call for specific questions! I called the 800 number you and all was cleared up in a matter of minutes ! I breathed a big sigh of relief when they told me I didn't have to silicone all the panels into place, as I had originally thought. (I'm not the best caulker!) Anyway I am thrilled with the product and your prompt answers to all my inquiries. Thank you for all your help !!
