The ordering process was a breeze. It had to be for me to follow it. I
have had trouble with other sites, but not with yours. Shipping - The
carrier called the day before to tell us they would be there the next
day. The driver even hand trucked the kit right into our backyard which
was a wonderful service.

It stayed on the back porch and we had a much colder winter than normal
and the orchids all did great. Put in 3 lights during January. One

We are pleased with the greenhouse, and still learning how to best use
it. I am looking forward to fresh herbs this winter! The assembly went smoothly. It is really a two person job, however. I installed an automatic sprinkler system along the roof ridgeline. I also have a remote temperature monitor installed. John H L., Texas |

Putting up the greenhouse was fun and easy to do, for the most part. It
took several weeks to put up. We didn't work too hard at any given time. Now that it is up, I am pleased with it. The day we finished putting it up, a terrific wind storm hit El Paso, with 80 mph wind gusts. The house did fine. Thanks, |

I can honestly say we had no problems with your company from placing the
Hideaway greenhouse kit order to shipment of the greenhouse. We did encounter some problems with the greenhouse kit. We received an illegible copy of the instruction manual and had to contact the manufacturer for a new copy and the replacement of some parts However, the company was very prompt in sending out the replacement items... ...All in all we are very pleased with the Hideaway greenhouse, and it is already being put to good use. I got my green house last fall. (So thrilled I had saved change for 5
years in my piggy bank to get it.) We had just moved into a new house
with a much smaller yard so I chose the lean-to style. 6 X 8. ...Since
it has been together, it has been nothing but pure joy. My husband
installed a laundry sink and potting bench down one side for me. I
included the auto openers for the windows. (A must for carefree
operation.) We heated it all winter with just a electric oil room heater
with a thermostat) Didn't even notice it on the electric bill. I started all of my garden plants and flowers from seed and saved a bundle. I go out every morning with my cup of coffee and see how all the plants are doing. I now have 10 new orchid starts which is something I have never had before in my life. One is getting ready to bloom. Thank you for putting out such a great product. I plan to enjoy it for years to come. Marilyn G. |

We have enjoyed the greenhouse. The only semi-negative comment I would
have is that the weather-stripping sent to us seemed to have been cut in
reverse and I had to make another one. Other than that, we did just fine
and are enjoying the greenhouse. We have had an inordinate amount of
wind over the past months and I can testify that the greenhouse has

We love our Juliana Greenhouse! We finished our Juliana greenhouse and
also have installed the shelving we ordered from you. We put the
greenhouse together without too much trouble. However, installing the
glass in the door was a problem. It did not seem to fit properly. The
glass panels were very hard to fit into the door and when we finally did
get them in place, they were loose. We solved the problem by using quite
a bit of caulking to make the panes tight. Your quick feedback on your
internet help site was extremely helpful. We are truly enjoying our new
