This letter is to express the joy we have experienced from our purchase
of the Juliana Greenhouse kit.
The only minor difficulty we have experienced has been in understanding the assembly instructions. What a happy home the Juliana found in our 8x8 foot deck, which coincidently was not in use. It just fit, like a glove. By the way, "Mother Nature is the Senior Partner". D. Kerstetter North Carolina |

I wanted a greenhouse for my wife's potted plants that need protection
from freezing, a short part of the winter season, in south Texas. I
wanted a greenhouse that was fast and easy to put together and take
down. To add to the requirements slightly, the greenhouse was to be used at our ranch. We go to the ranch on weekends primarily so I wanted something that was well built. I didn't want to worry about the structural integrity of the greenhouse. I bought the Home Greenhouse. The greenhouse did a marvelous job and met my requirements in every way. Every part was included and the instructions were simple to understand. Erection was easy. The greenhouse did a great job protecting the potted plants and they all looked beautiful when they came out in early spring. Roger C. H., TX Home Greenhouse |

My son, Jack S., gave me the greenhouse for my 60th birthday. I love my
greenhouse and an having lots of fun with it, as our my neighbors. We
call it the community greenhouse. You asked for suggestions and I can
think of only one right now and that is I wish I could fasten the doors
to something stable to hold them open securely. Oh, yes, and one other
problem we had with construction of the house. The directions on the
outside of the box said 8'X12'. They poured the concrete to that size
only to find out on the directions inside that it was inches larger than
that. They had to add treated lumber to the frame. You might want to
change that. Everything else was great. I love it. Billie S., MO |

I am very pleased
with my Quality greenhouse. It took 2 of us 2 full days to assemble
it. My only problem was the installation of the fan and vents The
instruction book was not very clear about that. The only other
recommendation I would make is that you label the polycarbonate panels
either for the side4 or the roof. I ended up cutting the 2 roof panels
to use as side panels and it wasn't until I opened the other box did I
realize what I did. I had to order 2 more roof panels. Other than that it is assembled and I am pleased with it. Oh one other thing I think it would be better if you could mount the exhaust fan closer to the top of the greenhouse where the hot air collects. Thanks |

We are still in the
process of building our greenhouse, but we have reached a milestone of
getting everything on the outside done (before snow flew!!!) - just
benches, heating, electrical and water system left to go on the
inside. We have been working on it on weekends and a few days off work
now and then so it has taken us a little longer than maybe it
should. (Also hunting and fishing season has interfered some - my
daughter is an avid sportsperson!)
This has been an adventure for us. My daughter and I are going to start a small greenhouse business and this is our flagship building. We have done much of the construction ourselves - with a little help from husbands, but quite a bit by ourselves... ....We had a spot that was already pretty level (a mobile home had been there before) with some cement footing already in place that we were able to tie into for the foundation (with cement blocks in between). There was also a water hydrant and a power pole, so that saved us a little bit of expense. The greenhouse arrived mostly in good shape. 2 of the roof supports were bent in shipping. We called and new ones were sent right away with no charge. The instructions that came with the greenhouse were fairly clear. We did have some problems with some of it (another call ) but I think a lot of that was our inexperience with building procedures. There are some things we would do different, but right now are pretty pleased with the structure. The idea of a kit appealed to us because of our inexperience. I think we would like one bigger yet but for now this fit our budget. We wanted a greenhouse with the PCSS (8 mm polycarbonate) siding which was one of the biggest deciding factors in trying this kit. I would recommend this one to anyone that was building a backyard or hobby greenhouse. (Maybe not this big). The one thing I
know I would like to see changed is the door. I think on the bigger greenhouse a wider door would
be better. |

The ordering process was very easy. It was efficient and secure. After ordering, I received my greenhouse VERY quickly, which is always appreciated when spending money on things for which you have not spoken with a real person to get. The process was personal despite ordering on-line. Fortunately, I have a cooperative husband who did the building of the greenhouse for me. ...Once we constructed the greenhouse, I spent some time researching what soil to use and what plant to grow. I am still in the learning stages, but I have planted many veggies, like tomatoes, beans and peas. I am very excited about this new learning process. We purchased one of the lower dollar greenhouses so that I could "try it out" for a while, with the possibility of upgrading someday. The lower-end plastic sided greenhouse idea worried me because we live in an area that gets very very strong afternoon winds. So far, so good. We rarely get any rain storms due to being in the middle of the Mojave desert, and last week we had a terrible storm. My husband said, "Well, tonight will be the true test." In the morning, the greenhouse was still standing and there were no tears or anything. I have had my greenhouse up for about two months, and I just love
it. |

My Greenhouse went up easily, owing to the fact that I was the only one building it. I erected it on a deck that I buildt for it. Actually I had thought seriously about a "lean-to", but they were too pricey. I added a door in the back of the greenhouse. I had to have access to the back of the deck for electrics and water. During cold weather I heat with a patio propane heater -- seems to work well on low when the temp is evan as low as 20 degrees. During the day I heat with "Mr. Heaters", which works well. It has not gotten too cold yet. I also have a shade cloth, which I leave on all the time, There are just too many trees around. I plan to get rid of the trees by this spring. I use 3 high pressure sodium lights, which during the winter run all the time. Barry Gray,

I did quite a bit of research trying to find something that would allow
me to start an herb garden early. I am a novice gardener and was looking
for something that was relatively inexpensive and would be easy to
assemble. The Greenhouse was perfect. I had no problem assembling it and
was able to start my garden early and extend it beyond the normal
growing season for my area.
As for your service, website, etc. I had no problem with any of it. Your site was easy to navigate and the service, deliver etc, was great...no complaints. The product really is great and I hope to get many more years use from it. K. Giovannone CT |
